First off, if you're looking for a brand name, hardcore, upwards-of-a-hundred-dollars full fledged camping tent, stop reading here. Really. This tent is not in any way a serious camping tent designed for those people who live out in the wild on weekends, but if you're just someone looking for a way to get some quality backyard camping time with your family (or waiting for days for that New Year's in Times Square), this is the tent for you.
I'm just one of those parents that think my 2 kids need to spend more time outside and not watching television and thought camping in the backyard would be a really great idea. So I did what most people in need of a tent would do. I started to browse on Amazon. After several hours of clicking through pages and pages of camping tents, I finally set my weary eyes on this particular product. The fact that it was way cheaper than probably any other tent of likewise design definitely made my decision for me.
Shipping was fast and free (Prime privileges!) and it arrived at our home on the promised date. It was some time before I actually got the opportunity to break it out because it rained a bit for three days straight and I didn't want to take that chance. So, four days after I got it, I announced to my entire family of four that we will be camping in the backyard tonight.
Unlike what I envisioned it to be in my nightmares, they cooperated and it turned out to be a pretty fun, if slightly cramped, evening and a pleasant end to our day. With this experience I gladly recommend this Poco Divo Camping Dome Tent to anyone who dares try to get their family outside together but really needs a tent for that purpose. If you're going to live in it for a year, don't even bother.
